My primary approach is based on a unique combination of the most effective, scientific, and proven components of hypnotherapy, CBT, psychodynamic, and person-centred approaches to create extraordinary results. I find that in learning and using skills from all these approaches, we can work with what is bothering us from different angles that complement each other, so that whatever we are working on has less of a hold on our lives.

Hypnotherapy

Cognitive Behavioural Therapy
CBT is a very collaborative approach, meaning we are going to work together to identify and change negative patterns of thinking and behaviour that may be contributing to your issue. We will develop strategies to address them. It is very empowering process to be involved in your own treatment process.
