An 8-week online psychotherapy and hypnotherapy program that helps you to silence your inner critic and move forwards with confidence.

You will reconnect with yourself and:

Gain the confidence to be yourself

and start being the leader of your own life. This might mean speaking up at team meetings in the office, making plans to travel solo to a foreign country or simply driving on the motorway. 

Healing your past, owning your present to create your future

Through healing your past wounds you make peace with your past and look only into your bright future

    This is where the magic happens in our weekly call where we connect, share and explore what you’re going through. We dive deeper, prompt you and help you process, navigate and apply what you’ve learned. 

  • Actionable tasks each week.
    Self-confidence requires action, it’s what harnesses the brain’s neuroplasticity to create change.  Every week you will have either one-off actionable or a daily practice.
